Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion period is from February 9, 2023 to March 8, 2023, both dates inclusive. The offer is not applicable to Genki Silver Pass Member Thankful Day on March 1, 2023 and Premium Pass Member Thankful Day on March 7, 2023, except non-Genki members (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Eligible Cardmembers (as defined below) can receive a HK$60 Genki e-coupon ("E-coupon”) with one-off net spending of HK$250 or above via Genki Sushi online takeaway ordering (except dine in, walk-in takeaway and third-party takeaway platforms) with an eligible American Express® Card(“Offer”) (“Eligible Transaction”). Each Genki membership account (apply to Genki members) or email address (apply to non-Genki members) can receive a maximum of two HK$60 Genki e-coupons during the Promotion Period.
  3. The Offer is available to holders of a basic or supplementary American Express Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Cardmembers who settle with American Express® US Dollar Card, American Express® Corporate Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offer.
  4. The Offer is only applicable for Genki Sushi online takeaway ordering (https://order.genkisushi.com.hk) (“Website”).
  5. Eligible Cardmembers are required to settle full payments via the Website with Eligible American Express Card during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer.
  6. E-coupons will be automatically added to the “e-coupon section” under Genki Member area in the Website on the designated dates (see clause 7), provided that Genki membership must remain valid on or before the designated dates; while E-coupon in the form of promo code (“Promo Code”) will be sent via email to the email address provided by non-Genki members when placing orders.
  7. E-coupons will be distributed on the designated dates listed below:

    i. February 16, 2023:For Eligible Transactions completed between February 9 and February 15, 2023

    ii. February 23, 2023:For Eligible Transactions completed between February 16 and February 22, 2023

    iii. March 2, 2023:For Eligible Transactions completed between February 23 and March 1, 2023

    iv. March 9, 2023: For Eligible Transactions completed between March 2 and March 8, 2023

  8. The Offer is not applicable to Website order settled with an Eligible American Express Card by the way of Apple Pay, Google Pay™ or Samsung Pay.
  9. The quantity of E-coupons is limited to 5000 pieces only, while stock lasts.
  10. E-coupons are valid until April 4, 2023. Any unused E-coupons will be automatically forfeited.
  11. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, other cash coupons, Maxim’s coupons, Genki Sushi coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  12. Each E-coupon can be used with one-off net spending of HK$250 or above via the Website (except for dine in, walk-in takeaway and third-party takeaway platforms) with an Eligible American Express Card (except for by the way of Apple Pay, Google Pay™ or Samsung Pay). Only one E-coupon can be used per transaction.
  13. E-coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, other coupons, Maxim’s coupons, Genki Sushi coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  14. Genki members shall select the E-coupon on the shopping cart page via the Website, the discounts will be applied after inputting the eligible American Express Card details on the checkout page.
  15. Non-Genki member shall enter the Promo Code on the shopping cart page via the Website, the discounts will be applied after inputting the Eligible American Express Card details on the checkout page.
  16. Each E-coupon can only be used once, it will be void immediately once used.
  17. Eligible Cardmembers will not be able to earn and use any E-coupon in the same transaction.
  18. Once the Eligible Transaction or transaction using the E-coupon is cancelled, E-coupon used will not be rewarded or refunded.

  20. Genki Sushi Hong Kong Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
  21. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.   22. American Express and Genki Sushi Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the above-mentioned offers at any time without prior notice.
  23. In the event of any dispute arising from this Offer, the decision of American Express and Genki Sushi Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
  24. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
