Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards and/or Citibank Debit Mastercard®issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to Genki Sushi outlets in Hong Kong, Genki Mobile App, and/or Online Takeaway Ordering Platform (under “Online Order” of the Genki Mobile App or websitehttps://order.genkisushi.com.hk).
Cardholders are required to settle payments with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offers.
Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this Promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank’s records.
In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s credit card account or (as the case may be) bank accounts the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
Cardholders’ accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, promotional coupons, Maxim's Cash Voucher or Genki Sushi Gift Voucher, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
Unless otherwise specified, the offers under this promotion can be enjoyed in conjunction with each other.
Unless otherwise specified, all amounts will be counted in Hong Kong Dollars.
The offers received from this promotion cannot be used to settle any previous outstanding balances, withdrawn as cash advance, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by Genki Sushi and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
Citibank and Genki Sushi reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Genki Sushi.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Offer 1 – Bind Card and Spend Offer Terms and Conditions
Offer 1 is only applicable for Cardholders who are also Genki members with valid membership. Citi Rewards UnionPay Card is not eligible for Offer 1.
Offer 1 is only applicable for dine-in, takeaway and online takeaway orders. Third-party takeaway platform is not applicable to this offer.
To enjoy Offer 1, Cardholders must bind their Eligible Cards on Genki Sushi Mobile App or Online Takeaway Ordering Platform and make a transaction of HK$250 or above with the registered Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”) during the Promotion Period in order to receive ONE HK$60 Genki Sushi e-coupon (“HK$60 E-coupon”). Each Cardholder can only receive a maximum of ONE HK$60 E-coupon per week (refer to Clause 35) upon making successful Eligible Transaction(s) during the Promotion Period.
The Eligible Transaction amount of HK$250 is based on the amount after the use of any Genki Points provided that no Genki Sushi e-coupons should be used. For the avoidance of doubt,transactions using any Genki Sushi e-coupons earned from Offer 1 and Offer 2 will not be considered as Eligible Transactions for the purpose of this Offer 1.
Limited to 10,000 pieces of HK$60 E-coupons will be distributed for Offer 1 while the stock lasts.
Offer 2 – Citi Pay with Points Offer via Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform Terms and Conditions:
Offer 2 is only limited to the principal Cardholders of Citi Ultima Card, Citi Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card (except for Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (“Designated Cards”), who are also Genki members with valid membership. Citibank Debit Mastercard®is not eligible for Offer 2.
Offer 2 is only applicable to transactions at Genki Sushi’s Online Takeaway Ordering Platform (except for transactions made by Apple Pay and Google Pay™). Dine-in, takeaway and third-party takeaway platform are not applicable to this offer.
To enjoy Offer 2, Cardholders must make a successful Citi Pay with Points redemption of HK$100 or above via the Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Redemption”) in order to receive ONE HK$30 Genki Sushi e-coupon ( “HK$30 E-coupon”). Each Cardholder can only receive ONE HK$30 E-coupon per week (refer to Clause 35) upon making successful Citi Pay with Points redemption(s) during the Promotion Period.
Cardholders are required to make a transaction of HK$100 or above with the Designated Cards on the Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform and maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of at least HK$100 in their Designated Card’s account(s) in order to complete the Citi Pay with Points redemption to enjoy the offer. Citi Pay with Points via Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform is subject to “Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions.
Limited to 5,000 pieces of HK$30 E-coupons will be distributed for Offer 2 while the stock lasts.
Offer 3 - Genki Membership Recruitment Terms and Conditions:
Offer 3 is only applicable for Cardholders who make a one-off transaction of HK$388 or above with Eligible Cards for dine-in, takeaway or pickup order at Genki Sushi’s online takeaway ordering during the Promotion Period. Third party takeaway platform is not applicable to the offer.
Dine-in transaction amount includes 10% service charge calculated based on the original value.
Cardholders are required to settle payment of the transaction with Eligible Cards (Citi Rewards UnionPay Card is not applicable for Online Takeaway Ordering Platform), except that the offer is not applicable to transactions made by Apple Pay and Google Pay™ at the Online Takeaway Ordering Platform.
Store staff will provide a “Membership Recruitment” card to the eligible Cardholders upon payment (applicable for dine-in and takeaway) or pickup (applicable for online takeaway ordering). Cardholders are required to submit the application on or before the registration deadline stated on the “Membership Recruitment” card.
Each eligible receipt can be registered once for Genki membership only.

Genki Sushi e-coupon Terms and Conditions:
HK$60 E-coupons and HK$30 E-coupons (collectively, “Genki Sushi e-coupons”) earned from Offer 1 and Offer 2 will be sent to the “Coupon” section under Cardholders’ Genki membership account on Genki Mobile APP according to the following schedule. The Genki Sushi e-coupons are valid until November 4, 2021.

"Citi Pay with Points" Terms and Conditions
Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus®Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card, and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3 below) Cardholders made at Genki Sushi’s mobile application or websitehttps://order.genkisushi.com.hk(“Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform”) with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”).
A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and Genki Points. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing their mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password is correctly entered. Eligible Cardholders can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service.
The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. In any case Cardholders exit from Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform voluntarily or involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 4 above, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will require to make another Eligible Transaction at Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform to enjoy the Service.
The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset Eligible Transaction will be deducted from Eligible Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Eligible Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under Genki Sushi Online Takeaway Ordering Platform at the time of redemption.
Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
If under any circumstances Eligible Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account and Points will not be returned.
