Terms and Conditions：
1. “Genki Member Lucky Draw” promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Genki Sushi (Hong Kong) Limited trading as Genki Sushi (“Genki Sushi”).
2. The promotion period of the Promotion commences on 22 Aug 2024 and continues until 11:59 pm of 18 Sep 2024 (“Promotion Period”); while the lucky draw period of this Promotion commences on 22 Aug 2024 and continues until 11:59 pm of 20 Sep 2024 (“Lucky Draw Period”).
3. This Promotion is exclusive to Genki Silver and Premium Pass Members (collectively “Member”) in Hong Kong. Genki member account (“Member Account”) must be presented at the time of payment to record the Eligible Transaction and the whole transaction can be recorded in a single Member Account only, no combination or splitting of bill(s) will be allowed. No late records of transaction(s) will be accepted under any circumstances.
4. To participate in this Promotion, Member must login to the Member Account via the Genki Sushi Mobile App (“Mobile App”).
5. Member is eligible for one Promotion lucky draw chance (“Chance”) upon every spending of HK$180 at Genki Sushi (“Eligible Transaction”) (ie. two Chances with Eligible Transaction in the sum of HK$360; and so on). Eligible Transaction includes 10% service charge based on the original value while excludes other promotional offers and discounts, before the use of any Genki Points in such transaction. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed.
6. This Promotion is only applicable to Genki Sushi outlets in Hong Kong (including dine-in, takeaway and online takeaway ordering; third-party takeaway platform is not applicable).
7. For Members awarded with the Chance, they shall complete the lucky draw processes in the Mobile App for each Chance (“Participant”) within the Lucky Draw Period. Participant will win a Prize instantly after completing the said processes. The unused Chance will be automatically forfeited at the end of the Lucky Draw Period.
8. All Chances and lucky draw results would be recorded by Genki Sushi computer system which shall be final and conclusive. During this Promotion, if the data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, mobile app, technical, login or other issues which are not attributed to the default of Genki Sushi, Genki Sushi shall not have any legal liability if the Participant is judged as disqualified and the Participant cannot object.
9. Participants will instantly win a Prize after completing the lucky draw processes, and the Prize will be given on a random basis by the Mobile App. The Participants may win the following prizes (collectively, “Prize”), including:
• Grand Prize (1 winner per week, total 4 winners): “Japan Glamping Vacation for Four - Accommodation & Round-Trip Flight” (To be redeemed with Klook HK$25,000 Gift Card)
• Second Prize (1 winner per week, total 4 winners): Klook HK$5,000 Promo Code (Available as HK$5,000 discount for usage on booking Japan local activities);
• Other Prizes:
- Genki Points Prize (all are independent prizes): 2,000 Genki Points, 100 Genki Points or 50 Genki Points;

10. (a) The winners of the Grand Prize and Second Prize will be notified via a Mobile App message and contacted by a Genki Sushi representative within 3 working days of the Lucky Draw for prize registration. Winners will be required to provide his/her English name (which must be identical to the name stated on his/her Hong Kong ID Card) within the period as specified by the Genki Sushi representative in order to obtain a redemption letter. If Winner cannot be contacted or is unable to provide the aforementioned information to the Genki Sushi representative in order to complete the prize registration within the specified period or fails to collect the Grand Prize within the specified period by the specified means, Winner is deemed to have waived his/her right to receive the Grand Prize, and Genki Sushi will not arrange for any replacement or compensation. Winners must redeem the suggested vacation at Klook platform based on the on the redemption letter within the validity period and subject to the terms and conditions specified therein.
(b) All Genki Points Prizes won by the Participants will be automatically credited to such Participant’s Member Account.
(c)All Okuta Kun & Tokuchan Gift Prizes won by the Participants will be instantly delivered in the form of electronic coupon to the Coupon area of such Participant’s Member Account.
(d) All E-Coupon Prizes won by the Participants will be instantly delivered in the form of electronic coupon to the Coupon area of such Participant’s Member Account. The applicable Klook Promo Code will be issued in email to Member’s registered email address within 7 days of winning date.
11. All Prizes must be redeemed within the validity period of Membership of the Participant and bounded by terms and conditions of e-coupons Prize. Please refer to the terms and conditions specified in the e-coupons for Prize redemption and usage details.
12. All Prizes won by the Participants must be redeemed at designated places or Genki Sushi stores in person. Redemption by any third party is not allowed. Participants shall present applicable Mobile App message of such Prize or e-coupon of such Prize in the Mobile App upon redemption, while screen capture of e-coupon will not be accepted. Use of Genki Points is subject to the terms and conditions of Genki Sushi membership program.
13. The Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Participant is not entitled to request for any alternative gift or payment of cash in substitution of the Prize. Genki Sushi shall not be liable for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the Prizes. Participants understand and accept that, if any Participants are unable to enjoy any Prizes for whatever reasons, or if any Participants suffer from any personal injuries or property losses or damages in the course of his or her enjoyment of any Prizes for whatever reasons; none of the parties involved in the Promotion (including without limitation, Genki Sushi, their respective group companies, associates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers) shall have any liability or obligation.
14. Klook Gift Card and Promo Code are issued by Klook Travel Technology Limited, bounded by Klook Terms and Conditions and General Terms of Use. Genki Sushi shall not be liable for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the Klook Gift Card or Promo Code.
15. Participants should understand and agree all the terms and conditions on Prize redemption and the photo or videos of taken in the Prize redemption may be used for any promotional purposes in any channels and media by Genki Sushi.
16. If any Participant is being suspected of using improper or fraudulent means to win any of the Prizes, Genki Sushi reserves the right to disqualify such Participant’s right of redemption without any notice.
17. Member who participates in this Promotion confirms his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion ("Terms and Conditions”). If any Participant violates these Terms and Conditions, Genki Sushi reserves the right to disqualify such Participant without any notice.
18. In the interest of fairness, Genki Sushi’s employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
19. In case of any disputes on the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Genki Sushi (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
20. No person other than the Members and Genki Sushi will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
21. If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials of this Promotion and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
22. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, the Chinese version shall prevail.
