Terms and Conditions：

1. “Genki Member Lucky Draw” promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Genki Sushi (Hong Kong) Limited trading as Genki Sushi (“Genki Sushi”).

2. The promotion period of the Promotion commences from 00:00am of 30 October 2025 and continues until 11:59 pm of 19 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”); while the lucky draw period of this Promotion commences from 00:00am of 30 October 2025 and continues until 11:59 pm of 21 November 2025 (“Lucky Draw Period”).

3. This Promotion is exclusive to Genki Silver and Premium Pass Members (collectively “Member”) in Hong Kong. Genki member account (“Member Account”) must be presented at the time of payment to record the Eligible Transaction and the whole transaction can be recorded in a single Member Account only, no combination or splitting of bill(s) will be allowed. No late records of transaction(s) will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Member is eligible for one Promotion lucky draw chance (“Chance”) for every spending of HK$180 at Genki Sushi (“Eligible Transaction”); and two Chances if the spending amount of the Eligible Transaction reaches HK$360; and so on. Unless stated otherwise, Member can earn a maximum of five Chances in an Eligible Transaction, Member can earn a maximum of five Chances per day.

5. The spending amount in an Eligible Transaction includes 10% service charge based on the original value while excludes other promotional offers, discounts, purchase of any takeaway container and cutlery and before the use of any Genki Points in such transaction. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed.

6. This Promotion is only applicable to Genki Sushi outlets in Hong Kong (including dine-in, takeaway and online takeaway ordering; third-party takeaway platform is not applicable).

7. For Members awarded with the Chance, they shall login and complete the lucky draw processes in the Genki Sushi Mobile App for each Chance (“Participant”) within the Lucky Draw Period. Participant will win a Prize instantly after completing the said processes. The unused Chance will be automatically forfeited at the end of the Lucky Draw Period, and Genki Sushi will not reissue any Chance or provide any compensation.

8. All Chances and lucky draw results would be recorded by Genki Sushi computer system which shall be final and conclusive and no objection will be accepted. During this Promotion, if the data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, mobile app, technical, login or other issues which are not attributed to the default of Genki Sushi, Genki Sushi shall not be liable and the Participant cannot object.

9. After completing the lucky draw processes via the Mobile App, winners will be randomly selected by the Mobile App (“Winners”) whom may win any of the following prizes (collectively, “Prize”):

• 1,000 Genki Points (Value: HK$1,000, 33 winners per week, total 99 winners)

• 500 Genki Points (Value: HK$500, 100 winners per week, total 300 winners)

• 300 Genki Points (Value: HK$300, 333 winners per week, total 999 winners)

• 100 Genki Points (Value: HK$100, 500 winners per week, total 1,500 winners)

• 30 Genki Points (Value: HK$30, 33,333 winners per week, total 99,999 winners)

• 10 Genki Points (Value: HK$10, 50,000 winners per week, total 150,000 winners)

10. Genki Sushi reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to the Promotion.

11. 11.    Depending on the dates of the Participant’s completing the lucky draw, Prizes will be awarded by the Mobile App during the following weekly periods (the below dates are for Prizes quota allocation) :

• Week 1: 30 October to 5 November 2025

• Week 2: 6 November to 12 November 2025

• Week 3: 13 November to 21 November 2025

12. Apart from the lucky draw results would be announced to the Participants instantly, the lucky draw competition conclusion statement will be announced on the following newspapers on the following dates:

13. Winners will be notified by a Mobile App message and the relevant Genki Points will be instantly credited to the Winner’s Mobile App Member Account. Use of Genki points awarded by this Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Genki membership program.

14. Winners of the "1,000 Genki Points" and "500 Genki Points" whose memberships expire in October or November 2025 will be granted a special extension until December 2025. Winners of the "300 Genki Points", "100 Genki Points", "30 Genki Points" and "10 Genki Points" whose memberships expire in October 2025 will receive a special extension until November 2025.

15. The Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Participant is not entitled to request for any alternative gift or payment of cash in substitution of the Prize. Genki Sushi shall not be liable for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the Prizes. Participants understand and accept that, if any Participants are unable to enjoy any Prizes for whatever reasons or if any Participants suffer from any personal injuries or property losses or damages in the course of his or her enjoyment of any Prizes for whatever reasons; none of the parties involved in the Promotion (including without limitation, Genki Sushi, their respective group companies, associates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers) shall have any liability or obligation for any damages, losses, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Members or any other persons as a result of their participation in or winning of the lucky draw.

16. Winners should understand and agree to all the terms and conditions on Prize redemption and the photo or videos of taken in the Prize redemption may be used for any promotional purposes in any channels and media by Genki for this Promotion. If any Participant is being suspected of using improper or fraudulent means to win any of the Prizes, Genki Sushi reserves the right to disqualify such Participant’s right of redemption without any notice.

17. Member who participates in this Promotion confirms his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion ("Terms and Conditions”). If any Participant violates these Terms and Conditions, Genki Sushi reserves the right to disqualify such Participant without any notice.

18. In case of any disputes on the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Genki Sushi (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.

19. No person other than the Members and Genki Sushi will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

20. If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials of this Promotion and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

21. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, the Chinese version shall prevail.
