Terms and Conditions：

1. “Genki Member Lucky Draw” promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Genki Sushi (Hong Kong) Limited trading as Genki Sushi (“Genki Sushi”).

2. The promotion period of the Promotion commences from 00:00am of 1 July 2026 and continues until 11:59 pm of 21 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”); while the lucky draw period of this Promotion commences from 00:00am of 1 July 2026 a

3. This Promotion is exclusive to Genki Silver and Premium Pass Members (collectively “Member”) in Hong Kong. Member is eligible to earn one Promotion lucky draw chance (“Chance”) for every HK$100 or above dine-in spending (excluding 10% service charge) which includes any item from the “Ocean Month: Fresh Australian Fair” menu (“Eligible Transaction”); and two Chances if the dine-in spending amount of the Eligible Transaction reaches HK$200 or above (excluding 10% service charge) which includes any item from the “Ocean Month: Fresh Australian Fair” menu; and so on. The items of “Ocean Month: Fresh Australian Fair” menu as defined in clause 4 below.

Genki member account (“Member Account”) must be presented at the time of payment to record the Eligible Transaction and the whole transaction can be recorded in a single Member Account only, no combination or splitting of bill(s) will be allowed. No late records of transaction(s) will be accepted under any circumstances.

6. The spending amount in an Eligible Transaction excludes the 10% service charge based on the original value, other promotional offers, discount, and the purchase amount of any takeaway container and cutlery and before use of any Genki Points in such transaction. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed.

7. This Promotion is only applicable to Genki Sushi outlets in Hong Kong for dine-in (Not applicable to takeaway, online takeaway ordering and third-party takeaway platform).

8. For Members awarded with the Chance, they shall login and complete the lucky draw processes in the Genki Sushi Mobile App for each Chance (“Participant”) within the Lucky Draw Period. Participant may win a Prize (as defined in clause 10 below) instantly after completing the said processes or cannot win any Prize and receive a “Thank You for participating” notification. Participant who cannot win any Prize will receive a “Thank you for participating” notification. The unused Chance will be automatically forfeited at the end of the Lucky Draw Period, and Genki Sushi will not reissue any Chance or provide any compensation.

9. All Chances and lucky draw results would be recorded by Genki Sushi computer system which shall be final and conclusive and no objection will be accepted. During this Promotion, if the data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, mobile app, technical, login or other issues which are not attributed to the default of Genki Sushi, Genki Sushi shall not be liable and the Participant cannot object.

10. After completing the lucky draw processes via the Mobile App, winners will be randomly selected by the Mobile App (“Winners”) whom may win the following prizes (collectively, “Prize”):

•    Grand Prize: “Aussie Adventure Grand Prize” - Return Flights to Australia for Two with Accommodations (Value: HK$22,000; One Winner Every Day, total 21 winners); which includes Cathay Pacific round-trip economy class flight tickets from Hong Kong to Sydney/ Melbourne/ Brisbane for two pax and four nights stay at four-star hotel

11. Genki Sushi reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to the Promotion.

12. Apart from the lucky draw results would be announced to the Participants instantly, the lucky draw competition conclusion statement will be announced on Sing Tao Daily & The Standard newspapers on 28 July 2026.

13. Winners of the Grand Prize will be notified via a Mobile App message and contacted by a Genki Sushi representative within 3 working days of the lucky draw for prize registration. Winners will be required to provide his/her English name (which must be identical to the name stated on his/her Hong Kong ID Card) within the period as specified by the Genki Sushi representative in order to redeem the redemption letter in person at the Maxims’ Centre with the presentation of the corresponding Mobile App message. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is unable to provide the aforementioned information to the Genki Sushi representative in order to complete the prize registration within the specified period or fails to collect the Grand Prize within the specified period by the specified means, the Winner is deemed to have waived his/her right to receive the Grand Prize, and Genki Sushi will not arrange for any replacement or compensation. Winners must redeem the Grand Prize at travel agency as specified in the redemption letter within the validity period and subject to the terms and conditions specified therein.

14. One month of membership extension will be granted to the Winners of Grand Prize whose membership will expire within July 2026.

15. The Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Participant is not entitled to request for any alternative gift or payment of cash in substitution of the Prize. Genki Sushi shall not be liable for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the Prizes. Participants understand and accept that, if any Participants are unable to enjoy any Prizes for whatever reasons or if any Participants suffer from any personal injuries or property losses or damages in the course of his or her enjoyment of any Prizes for whatever reasons; none of the parties involved in the Promotion (including without limitation, Genki Sushi, their respective group companies, associates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers) shall have any liability or obligation for any damages, losses, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Members or any other persons as a result of their participation in or winning of the lucky draw.

16. Winners should understand and agree to all the terms and conditions on Prize redemption and the photo or videos of taken in the Prize redemption may be used for any promotional purposes in any channels and media by Genki for this Promotion.

17. If any Participant is being suspected of using improper or fraudulent means to win any of the Prizes, Genki Sushi reserves the right to disqualify such Participant’s right of redemption without any notice.

18. Member who participates in this Promotion confirms his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion ("Terms and Conditions”). If any Participant violates these Terms and Conditions, Genki Sushi reserves the right to disqualify such Participant without any notice.

19. No person other than the Members and Genki Sushi will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

20. In case of any disputes on the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Genki Sushi (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.

21. If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials of this Promotion and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

22. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, the Chinese version shall prevail.
