Pick and Mix Platter is a brand new, freely customizable sushi platter, allowing customers to flexibly choose sushi according to their personal preference, bringing more novelty and a sense of control. Customers can choose 10 or 20 pieces of sushi from the following 28 selected hit sushi options (one of each). The selection is flexible and the same type of sushi can be selected repeatedly, catering to different tastes and sharing needs.

If a customer chooses a higher priced sushi option, they can upgrade to that option by paying the corresponding price difference per piece ($1-14).
