The Chuu Toro Sea Urchin Premium Roll Sushi ($48/2 pcs) layers fatty medium toro with pickled cucumber and finishes with sea urchin and black caviar. The Jumbo Red Shrimp Sushi ($16, originally $17) is 1.5 times the regular portion – a taste of the king of summer seafood. Meanwhile, the Duo Sweet Shrimp Sushi ($20/2 pcs), paired with salmon roe, delivers a double hit of sweetness and brininess. For a meatier texture, the Jumbo Whelk Sushi ($19) offers nearly double the regular portion, firm and crisp with a fresh ocean taste. Perfect for sharing, the Salad Gunkan Trio ($12/3 pcs) features three family-friendly options: tuna salad, sweet corn, and boiled shrimp salad gunkan. The Charcoal Grilled Beef with Egg Yolk Sauce Gunkan ($14/2 pcs) blends savoury-sweet flavours using marinated beef belly and rich egg yolk sauce. Rounding out the main menu is the Jumbo Crab Stick Tempura in Takoyaki Style Sushi ($17), topped with Osaka-style sauce, salad dressing, and bonito flakes – crispy, savoury, and deliciously bold. Also introducing 4 seasonal specials: Deep-Fried Chicken Skin Dumpling ($22): Crispy on the outside and bursting with chicken oil flavour – dangerously addictive from the first bite! Cheese with Prosciutto Tempura ($18): Rich, melty cheese wrapped in prosciutto, tempura-battered and fried to golden crisp – with an irresistible cheese pull.
