All-New “Ocean Month” Menu

Fresh flavors from Australia have crossed the Pacific and arrived at Genki Sushi Hong Kong! This Ocean Month menu will be released in phases, featuring 14 limited-time items starting from $13!

Genki Sushi is launching the all-new “Ocean Month: A Taste of Australia” series starting July :


• Tasmanian Jumbo Salmon Sushi ($13): Made with salmon from the pristine waters of Tasmania, featuring tender, naturally sweet flesh. Paired with wild pepper berries and a lemon olive oil dill sauce for a refreshing flavor with layers of complexity.

• Australian King Shrimp Sushi ($13): Known for its natural sweetness, this king shrimp has a plump, crisp texture. A touch of salt enhances its delicate ocean flavor.

• Australian Jade Abalone Sushi ($24/2 pcs): Recognizable by its distinctive jade-colored shell, this abalone offers a crisp yet tender texture with a naturally sweet, fresh flavor.

• Australian Sayori Sushi ($12): Delicate, naturally sweet flesh with evenly distributed richness for a light, refined taste.

• Seared Australian Ocean Jacket with Cod Liver Sushi ($22/2 pcs): Mild, white-fleshed ocean jacket paired with rich cod liver and lightly seared to create a flavorful combination with rich layers of taste.

• AUS Wagyu Sukiyaki and Sea Urchin Sushi ($29): Premium grain-fed Australian Wagyu with delicate marbling and rich beef flavor, complemented by sukiyaki sauce and sweet sea urchin for an indulgent experience.

• Tasmanian Salmon Carpaccio with Pepper Berries Sauce ($29): Smooth, delicate Tasmanian salmon paired with lightly spicy wild pepper berries and fresh lime juice for a bright, refreshing finish.

• Deluxe Australian Sashimi Platter ($98): Featuring Tasmanian salmon, prime salmon, sea urchin, and Australian jade abalone, bringing together a selection of premium Australian seafood in one platter.


Fresh seafood deserves the perfect sake pairing!


• Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo Sake (180ml) ($60): Fresh fruity aromas with a smooth finish and subtle honey sweetness. Its light body beautifully complements the natural flavors of seafood.

• Gekkeikan Algo 5% (250ml) ($60): A low-alcohol sake with refreshing sweet and tart notes. Its gentle fruitiness enhances the ingredients without overpowering them.

Starting July 20, even more Ocean Month specialties will be available:


• Tasmanian Oyster ($19): Plump and succulent with a fresh ocean aroma. Delicately briny with a naturally sweet finish.

• Choose from a variety of options, from a single Tasmanian Oyster to the Tasmanian Oyster (6pcs) ($108). For an even more satisfying feast, try the Tasmanian Assorted Sashimi and Oyster Platter, featuring oysters, salmon, prime salmon, and sea urchin for an exceptional seafood experience.

• Genki Sushi also offers the Tasmanian Oyster with Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo Sake (180ml) or Tasmanian Oyster with Gekkeikan Algo 5% (250ml) ($158). Six fresh Tasmanian oysters are paired with your choice of premium Japanese sake, with each pairing offering its own distinctive flavor profile.


Three additional side menu:


• Jumbo Prime Longfin Tuna Sushi ($14): Rich, buttery longfin tuna belly with a delicate texture, served in a thick cut for an extra smooth and luxurious bite.

• Chicken Skewer ($20/2 skewers): Imported directly from Japan, these chicken skewers are lightly charred on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. Served with sweet soy sauce for a classic sweet and savory flavor.

• Tasmanian Style Scallop Pie ($22): Scallops and creamy white sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry and baked to perfection. Crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling.
