Brand New Sushi Trio Fair Menu

Launching in two phases with 15 items from $12. A Trio Series celebrating the flavors of spring.

Genki Sushi is introducing a brand new “Trio Fair” series on the first day of the month. Kicking off the promotion: • Jumbo Toro Trio ($37/3 pcs, original price $42) features premium belly cuts for a triple indulgence. Chuutoro offers rich, concentrated umami. Norwegian prime salmon belly delivers luscious fatty sweetness. Prime longfin tuna belly is refreshingly sweet without being heavy. An ultimate expression of luxurious fish oil richness. • Shellfish Trio ($27/3 pcs) showcases the ocean’s pure flavors. Pen shell is crisp and refreshing. Ark shell is vibrant and robust. Scallop is tender with natural sweetness. Three shellfish presented in their simplest and freshest form. • Hikari-mono Trio ($12/3 pcs, original price $18) highlights Edo-style classics. Kohada is vinegar-cured for a firm, refreshing bite. Vinegar cured mackerel offers savory depth with a clean tang. Grilled bigeye scad releases aromatic fish oil richness. • Grilled Trio ($22/3 pcs, original price $25) combines grilled eel, prime salmon and cured mackerel. Each piece is glazed and grilled to bring out intense aroma and rich flavors for a warm and satisfying bite. • Grilled Green Onion Gunkan Trio ($23/3 pcs, original price $26.5) pairs toro richness, red shrimp sweetness and assorted seafood gunkan with fragrant salted green onion, enhancing the natural sweetness of the seafood with a savory finish. • Octopus and Squid Trio ($16/3 pcs) features Hokkaido octopus that is crystal clear, crisp and sweet, squid tentacles with a springy bite, and smooth tender squid. A delightful combination of crisp, bouncy and silky textures. Starting from 16 March, the following Trio items will also be available: • Fresh Seafood Trio ($29/3 pcs, original price $33) presents the delicate elegance of Japanese red seabream, evenly marbled jumbo salmon, and rich, buttery yellowtail. • Crispy Garlic Trio ($26/3 pcs) includes scallop, salmon and bigeye scad lightly grilled for aroma, then topped generously with crispy garlic. A layered combination of crunch, fragrance and sweetness. • Shrimp and Shellfish Trio ($24/3 pcs, original price $27.5) brings together three refreshing flavors. Whelk offers a crisp and tender bite. Sweet shrimp is soft and delicately sweet. White shrimp is refined and fresh. Every bite delivers a harmonious symphony of sweetness and freshness. • Meat Trio ($23/3 pcs) delivers indulgent land-based flavors. Grilled beef is tender and savory. Smoked duck breast carries a distinct woody aroma. Charcoal grilled chicken is juicy and satisfying. • Shio Koji Minced Tuna Seafood Trio ($25/3 pcs) reinterprets traditional Japanese shio koji curing techniques. Tuna, squid and red shrimp are marinated to enhance their natural sweetness with a savory depth. • Salad Gunkan Trio ($12/3 pcs) combines tuna, sweet corn and boiled shrimp salad gunkan, a trio favorite among children. Also available are three seasonal specials. Udon with Scallop and Truffle Sauce ($37) features a creamy black truffle sauce with mushrooms and tender scallops for elevated comfort. Grilled Scallop with Cheese ($22) is baked until golden and irresistibly stretchy. Making a bold debut, Sukiyaki Beef and Cheese Rice Croquette ($22) wraps sushi rice, sukiyaki beef, and rich cheese, breaded and fried to crispy perfection for layered textures and deep satisfaction. A festive lineup designed to delight the eyes, excite the palate, and usher in the New Year with style and flavor.
