Brand New Sushi Trio Fair Menu

A Trio Series celebrating the flavors of spring.

Genki Sushi is introducing a brand new “Trio Fair” series on the first day of the month.
Kicking off the promotion:
Starting from 16 March, the following Trio items will also be available:

• Fresh Seafood Trio ($29/3 pcs, original price $33) presents the delicate elegance of Japanese red seabream, evenly marbled jumbo salmon, and rich, buttery yellowtail.

• Crispy Garlic Trio ($26/3 pcs) includes scallop, salmon and bigeye scad lightly grilled for aroma, then topped generously with crispy garlic. A layered combination of crunch, fragrance and sweetness.

• Shrimp and Shellfish Trio ($24/3 pcs, original price $27.5) brings together three refreshing flavors. Whelk offers a crisp and tender bite. Sweet shrimp is soft and delicately sweet. White shrimp is refined and fresh. Every bite delivers a harmonious symphony of sweetness and freshness.

• Meat Trio ($23/3 pcs) delivers indulgent land-based flavors. Grilled beef is tender and savory. Smoked duck breast carries a distinct woody aroma. Charcoal grilled chicken is juicy and satisfying.

• Shio Koji Minced Tuna Seafood Trio ($25/3 pcs) reinterprets traditional Japanese shio koji curing techniques. Tuna, squid and red shrimp are marinated to enhance their natural sweetness with a savory depth.

• Salad Gunkan Trio ($12/3 pcs) combines tuna, sweet corn and boiled shrimp salad gunkan, a trio favorite among children.


Also available are three seasonal specials. Udon with Scallop and Truffle Sauce ($37) features a creamy black truffle sauce with mushrooms and tender scallops for elevated comfort. Grilled Scallop with Cheese ($22) is baked until golden and irresistibly stretchy. Making a bold debut, Sukiyaki Beef and Cheese Rice Croquette ($22) wraps sushi rice, sukiyaki beef, and rich cheese, breaded and fried to crispy perfection for layered textures and deep satisfaction. A festive lineup designed to delight the eyes, excite the palate, and usher in the New Year with style and flavor.
