To help Genki Member verify the identity of the official SMS from Genki Sushi, we have joined the “SMS Sender Registration Scheme” with the Hong Kong Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA). Starting from 24 October 2025, we are changing our SMS sender ID to “#GenkiSushi” when we send an SMS to you. 
Beware of fraudulent SMS From now onwards, if you receive SMS claiming to be from Genki Sushi and the sender ID is not "#GenkiSushi", please stay vigilant. If in doubt, please click here to contact customer service team. What is “SMS Sender Registration Scheme”? To protect members of the public against the risk of phishing SMS scams, OFCA launched the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme" to help the public in determining the authenticity of SMS sender. Only the organizations being Registered Senders are able to send SMS messages to Hong Kong local mobile users using their Registered SMS Sender IDs with prefix "#".
