Terms and Conditions: 1. “2024 Genki Sushi Takeaway Christmas Set(s) early-bird offer” promotion is valid from 21 November 2024 to 15 December 2024 with both dates inclusive (“Early-Bird Promotion Period”); “2024 Genki Sushi Takeaway Christmas set(s) regular offer” promotion is valid from 16 December 2024 to 1 January 2025 with both dates inclusive (“Regular Promotion Period”). 2024 Genki Sushi Takeaway Christmas Set(s) early-bird offer and regular offer are collectively referred to “Offers”. Early-Bird Promotion Period and Regular Promotion Period are collectively referred to “Promotion Period”. 2. The Offers are only applicable for walk-in takeaway orders at Hong Kong Genki Sushi outlets and through Genki Sushi online takeaway ordering platform (“Online Ordering”). The pick-up period of 2024 Genki Sushi Takeaway Christmas Set(s) is from 5 December 2024 to 1 January 2025 with both dates inclusive (“Pick-up Period”). 4. To confirm the pre-order of the Genki Sushi takeaway Christmas set(s), full payment must be made at the pick-up outlet at least 1 day prior to the pick-up date (except online ordering). 5. Pre-order of the Genki Sushi takeaway Christmas set(s) cannot be cancelled or changed once the payment has been made. 6. Separate bills are required if the Genki Sushi takeaway Christmas set(s) is to be picked up on different dates or at different outlets. 7. Discounts offered to Genki members, general customers or HSBC credit cardholders cannot be used in conjunction with each other. 8. Each member can only receive one e-coupon during the promotion period. The e-coupon will be sent to valid sen-ryo member account within 24 hours after the eligible transaction. The e-coupon is valid from 6 Jan to 19 January 2025 and is only applicable to Genki members with a valid membership. The e-coupon is subject to additional terms and conditions. 20.
