All-New “Early Summer Fair” Menu

Launching new menus on the first of every month. This edition features the “Early Summer Fair” menus, released in phases. A total of 12 items starting from $12 invite you to savor the ultimate flavors of sunshine and the sea.

Genki Sushi launches the new “Early Summer Fair” series on May 1:


• Sunazuri Toro Sushi ($27) makes a strong return. The richly fatty toro delivers a luxurious burst of umami with every bite.

• Sunazuri Toro with Sea Urchin Hand Roll ($32) presents a decadent combination of crispy nori wrapped around toro and tuna paste, topped with sweet, creamy sea urchin.

• Duo Seared Anago and Eel ($17/2 pcs) features carefully selected anago and eel, lightly seared to bring out a subtle smokiness.

• Grilled Prime Sardine Sushi ($14/2 pcs) offers lightly charred skin with a tender texture, enhanced with sea salt for elevated umami.

• Duo Seared Crispy Garlic Sushi ($14/2 pcs) (Salmon and Bigeye Scad) delivers rich fish oils paired with crispy garlic chips for an aromatic finish.

• Duo Shellfish Sushi ($12/2 pcs) (Whelk and Ark Shell Mantle) combines crunchy whelk seasoned with sea salt and lime, alongside sweet, tender ark shell presented in a roll with crispy nori for layered textures and flavors.

Starting May 18, additional “Early Summer Fair” items will be introduced:


• Duo Seared Red Shrimp and Scallop with Crab Miso ($25/2 pcs) pairs sweet red shrimp and scallop with rich crab miso, lightly seared for a deeply savory finish.

• Mantis Shrimp Sushi ($14/2 pcs) is a seasonal specialty and a classic summer sushi in Japan. Lightly poached for a sweet, springy texture, it is complemented by mildly sweet Japanese soy sauce for a memorable seasonal taste.


Two seasonal dishes are also available for a limited time:

• Udon with Clam and Garlic Butter ($32) A naturally sweet broth enriched with butter, garlic, and clams enhances both aroma and ocean freshness for an intensely satisfying bowl.

• Corn Croquette ($16) Made with Hokkaido milk and fresh cream, the smooth filling is blended with sweet whole corn kernels and fried until golden and crispy, creating a bite that’s instantly irresistible.
