All-New “Japanese Wagyu” Menu
The Japanese Wagyu menu released in phase. A total of 4 items starting from $22.
• From 1-5 May: Launching on day one for a limited five days is the Japanese Wagyu Trio ($63/3 pcs, original price $66). This set features three premium Wagyu varieties from the Kansai region: Matsusaka, Kobe, and Omi. Rich marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture deliver an indulgent tasting experience.
• From 16-13 May: Grilled Matsusaka Wagyu Sushi ($22) [Available from May 6] is seasoned with Japan’s popular all-purpose spice “Horinishi,” adding a mildly spicy, aromatic layer while preserving the Wagyu’s natural umami.
• From 14 - 21 May: Kobe Wagyu with Sukiyaki Sauce Sushi ($22) [Available from May 14] offers rich, savory flavors enhanced by sukiyaki sauce, with marbling and aroma unfolding on the palate.
• From 22 - 31 May: Omi Wagyu with Spicy Sauce Sushi ($22) [Available from May 22] features tender, delicate meat with a clean, rich fat profile. Paired with “Horinishi” seasoning, it adds a subtle spicy kick that lingers pleasantly.
